  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. 24 hour cold maceration of grape mash, pressing and must decantation. Fermentation at temperatures between 12 ° C and 18 ° C. Maturation in stainless steel for 8 months on the dead yeast.
  • Tastig notes: Light sunny yellow color with green nuances. Unisex impresses with its fruity scent, where it is slightly dominated by a bouquet of yellow muscat with its citrus; lemon, lime, grapefruit and is pleasantly intertwined with fruity-floral notes of welschriesling and chardonnay in wich we can find green apple, citrus and white flowers. Juicy and fresh.

  • Grape variety: 70% pinot grigio, 30% pinot noir
  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Fermentation at temperatures between 12 ° C and 18 ° C. Maturation in stainless steel for 8 months on the dead yeast.
  • Tastig notes: The color is gently ruby, seductive. Rosie impresses with a distinctive fruity bouquet where are gently dominanting red fruits; cherries, strawberries and raspberries which are pleasantly joined by ripe yellow fruits. Fruity and fresh.

  • Grape variety: 100% yellow muscat
  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. 24 hour cold maceration of grape mash, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Fermentation at temperatures between 12 ° C and 18 ° C. Maturation in stainless steel for 8 months on the dead yeast.
  • Tastig notes: The color is light sunny yellow. Distinguished by its complex nose. The aroma expresses an intense citrus bouquet of lime, lemon, orange and juicy yellow fruits. In the mouth, the wine is pleasant, with a nice aromatic note that spreads through mouth.

  • Tastig notes: Light green colour with yellow hues, brilliant. Strongly expressed varietal characteristics. An aroma of gooseberries, elderflowers, green peppers, nettles, tomato leaves and is complemented by shades of tropical fruit and black currant. It impresses in the mouth with its expressive variety, pleasant freshness, juiciness and smooth body.

  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Various long maceration of grape mash, mild pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast and 18 months maturation of the wine in a 600l barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur.
  • Tastig notes: The colour is golden yellow. Bouquet is extremely complex.  The wine combines the aromas of honey, butter, dried flowers, nuts and vanilla in taste shows a pleasant roundness and richness with a full creamy aftertaste. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant. Big wines are 4 BigBoys.

  • Grape variety: 100% pinot grigio
  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Various long maceration of grape mash, mild pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast and 18 months maturation of the wine in a 600l barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur.
  • Tastig notes: The colour is golden yellow with onion shade. Bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of overripe pear, pome fruit, vanilla and caramel. The taste of the wine is harmonious, elegant, fruity and blends nicely with a creamy long aftertaste. Rich full-bodied, fruity and elegant wine. Women don’t get goodfellas.

  • Tastig notes: It’s the wine of extremes! Extreme sauvignon vintages. Extremely good or Extremely difficult. With extreme aroma and flavor. The best grapes are selected and then spontaniously fermented thus giving the wine extremely primary, natural flavor! Wine for extreme pleasure!

  • Grape variety: 50% Chardonnay, 30% Sauvignon blanc, 20% Welsch riesling
  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. All varieties were picked at the same time. Various long maceration of grape mash, mild pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast and 36 months maturation of the wine in a 500l barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow. Bottling with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.
  • Tastig notes: 3 characters. Each in its own way special. When combined, they are excellent. Like our children, Neli, Antonio and Julija. Tree3 is about them, for them! Chardonnay takes care of the body, Sauvignon for a pleasant aroma, Welsh Riesling for diversity! Subtle spicy-woody note is combined with a varietal characteristics.   • ŠEMPEJN, EXTRA BRUT, ROSE, NV
  • Grape variety: 75% chardonnay, 25% pinot noir
  • Winemaking: Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Short maceration, pressing and decanting of must. Šempejn is produced by the traditional method with secondary alcoholic fermentation in bottles and then maturation for 36 monts on own sediment.
  • Tastig notes: The color is delicate salmon with garnet shades, the sparkle is accentuated by filigree tiny bubbles. It expresses the varietal characteristics of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay so we can detect aromas of strawberries, almonds and lemons. It tastes mineral, fruity and pleasantly caressing the palate. It impresses with its complexity and perseverance in the mouth. It is a delicate sparkling wine that, with its play of sparking small bubbles, clearly emphasizes the traditional method of sparkling wine production.
