Winning a Gold medal at Decanter is something really exceptional; it is like the stratospheric level, so it’s really saying to the winemaker: »this is a great wine«. It is a wine that scored 95 points on a 100-point scale – the greatest earthly equivalent to heavenly wine perfection.

The winemaking process for Extrem Wine is a labor of passion and precision. Spontaneous fermentation is initiated, leading to a maturation period of 18 months in a 500-litre barrel on fine lees, fully executing malolactic conversion. With a minimum addition of sulphites, the wine preserves its authenticity and purity, reflecting the winery’s commitment to crafting wines of exceptional quality.
