An introduction to the identity of M-enostavno dobra vina.
Six wines expressing purity of site, vintage tension and elegant vinification.
Includes:
- 5 wines from the current collection
- guided interpretation of site and vintage
- snacks
- approximately 60 minutes
The first layer of our story — precise and sincere.
2. TIME
50 € per person
Eight expressions shaped by patience.
From youthful verticality to mature harmony, this tasting explores texture, tension and persistent finish — the signature of M-enostavno dobra vina.
Includes:
- 8 wines (including a selection or aged vintage)
- detailed explanation of vinification and ageing
- curated plate of cheeses and cured meats
- approximately 90 minutes
Where wine becomes architecture of time.
3. LEGACY
100 € per person
(Private experience, by prior reservation)
The most intimate interpretation of the house.
Ten wines — limited releases, library vintages or a vertical selection — presented in direct dialogue with the winemaker.
Includes:
- top selections and archival wines
- barrel sample (when available)
- curated culinary pairing
- approximately 120 minutes
A concentration of time, place and intention.
